Agents, Dealerships.... yadayada...

ok - we're tired of chasing you guys around our website- so we're going to open up a bit a let you in. It's obvious you're not going to donate even 5 loonies to our effort so we've got a few demands.

Don't get us wrong. We appreciate you coming by and listing here.

But we have to keep this fair, right?. This is FOR SALE BY OWNER right? Who wants to deal with an agent when you dont have to eh?

Well. We're turning over a new leaf by convincing ourselves that we're helping the owners out who have hired you. We're just trying to get their property sold. This is what's important.

But if you want to profit from them and then profit from us then obviously we want our cut.

How's 25$(cdn) sound? reasonable? not so reasonable? maybe you'd like an annual account that allows you to post all the houses you want. come on... Don't like it? Go bury yourself in that tangled mess they call the MLS.

"Oh but I belong to REaM-AXe!" The million loonies club you say? Yeah ok...

Here you can reach a wider audience with a more effective and friendlier search interface. We're on your side!

So from now on when you register as an agent we won't yell or send intimidating emails demanding money. You'll pay the small annual or (larger monthly) fee and you'll be free to post on our site to your heart's content. Every property or car in your lot. Your ads will carry a distinct marking to give a heads-up to the browser that they'll be dealing with you rather than the owner.

But wait, there's more!

We'll also give you YOUR OWN WEBPAGE so you can show all your ads in one place. This will be a fully indexable page (ie: Google will love you because Google loves us). In most cases it'll be more effective than whatever website you have now. This is just to sweeten the deal. The Owners don't even get this feature. So far just you guys.
